I acknowledge the payment of ______as a non-refundable deposit on the purchase of a puppy with AKC/CKC papers, which means after paying the deposit you are guaranteed a registered puppy from me, and the deposit amount will be deducted from the total price; however this must be used towards the purchase of a puppy within 4 weeks of original deposit date, or the deposit will become null and void, no refund. You may make payments on the puppy every 2 weeks until it reaches 8 weeks of age at which time you may pick it up, if a payment is not made at least every 14 days and you are not obtainable via phone or email listed above you therefore forfeit any amount paid and the puppy will be sold to another buyer. If something should happen to your puppy of choice before the pick-up date, you may choose an unspoken for puppy from the litter, another existing litter, or one in the future of equal value, but in any case you will receive a puppy for the price of the first one chosen or a refund of your money.

You can pick-up the puppy as early as the day it turns 8 weeks old, unless my vet and I decide otherwise. When you pick-up the puppy you will also receive a veterinarian signed health certificate saying the puppy is up-to-date on shots, wormings, and fit to be sold, the registration papers circled above, or at the least a signed bill of sale with all of the information on it, in which case you will be notified upon the arrival of the registration papers. If you would like to know the guarantees and their stipulations on your puppy please review the FL Pet Lemon Law, which explains them in their entirety. The most important thing you should know is that you should take the puppy to your veterinarian within 3 business days of its purchase and I have attached the explanation which is also a result of the Law. If you fail to do this, the guarantee will become null and void.

This guarantee does not cover Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) because this is a condition not a disease. It is brought on by not eating properly, stress, too much handling or traveling etc. If the puppy is not eating, tempt it with baby food (strained meat), cottage cheese, hamburger, chicken, tuna, and eggs (scrambled). You can also add Karo syrup to the food or water and nutra-cal can be given when necessary until it is eating properly. Please try not to let the puppy be passed around too much especially in the beginning.

I am not responsible for the cost of veterinarian check-ups for any tests or medications that might be suggested, nor for any other charges required in the future, unless the puppy is found to have been unfit for sale. The puppy should complete the shots and wormings as recommended by your veterinarian. I am not responsible for this puppy once it leaves the premises as for as: medical expenses, land lords disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family, hard to house break, to much to be responsible for, or because it is to destructive, you can always resale it. I cannot guarantee fertility and do not guarantee the size or color of the puppy due to the fact that I cannot predict what the genetic results will be. I can only give an educated guess based on the parents and past litters from the same set of parents of the puppy involved.

Dogs introduced into new surroundings are sometimes inclined to exhibit shyness and inactivity, or even housebreaking problem. In some instances they refuse food to which they may or may not be accustomed. If you plan to change the current food mix it half and half for at least a few days before completely changing over. Once they become adapted to the new environment they will readily accept you as their new master and eat normally and resume the pee-pad training. Your care and attention will aid in overcoming the shyness to new living quarters. Moving the puppy to a new home can be very traumatic and can cause various problems. Please allow at least 2 weeks for the transition. Small puppies are very fragile and can become sick very quickly, lack of energy, failure to eat, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea could be signs of an emergency and a veterinarian should see the puppy as soon as possible.

It is recommended that having your new puppy spayed or neutered makes a better pet. This agreement is made for our mutual benefit to protect the purchaser as well as the seller.

This is for buyers’ making payments
