Preapre Step1
- Parceltube has been registered as a public application on eBay.
- You may authorize Parceltube as your third party software to download your eBay order and Mark item as posted.
- Authorize Parceltube to use your eBay API WILL NOT cause Link Account.
- You may remove the authorization any time.
- After link Parceltube with eBay, you can directly download all your await shipment order(s) in your selling manager pro.
- You must have an active selling manager pro subscription for the account you want to use with Parceltube
You can find this button appear in your Parceltube Main page after link with your eBay account success
Setup Fastway Api Key
The page will ask you for api key, please copy it from your Email, remove all empty spaces, and then fill in,click submit to remember the api key
Success message will show you that you may begin to use fastlabel in Parceltube
Download Orders
After link with your eBay account, you should see this appear in your main page
Just click the Sync button, then you can download order form this account.
Fix incorrect address
After click the blue button, you are now in the “Labelpool” page, please click on the “wrong address”tab as shown below.
“wrong address” pool holds all the orders have address errors that CANNOT automatically fixed by the system.
Please click on the pencel icon to fix the wrong address
Global icon will search the address in google map
Message icon will build a message using the wrong address so you can copy and send to the customer
Email icon use for build an email using the wrong address if necessary
After click the icon, it will bring up a page for you to fix the address
After address fixed, click button to go back to wrong address pool, fastway zone color will show on the right hand side if you fixed the wrong address, if it is tick , then you need to move it to “fastway pool”
Fill in Missing Weight
We use cm for size and KG for weight, Please note they are “TOTAL SIZE AND WEIGHT” for the package.
Export Fastlabel
Select all labels you want to export in “fastway pool”
Make sure all of them has weight and size filled
Make sure all of them has product been selected
Make sure all labels belongs to fastway has been moved into fastway pool
Click “Generate Fastlabel Button in the Pool Menu”
If you don’t do them correctly, the system will produce Errors.
If everything works ok, consignment No will be generated
Now Choose the Paper Type you want to Print. you can Keep to print on Fastway printer Or A4 Paper
Click “NEXT” , the PDF file will generate out for you
After label generated, You can Close the Manifest And Print out Run Sheet
Export eParcel CSV
Choose all order you want to export to eParcel
Make sure all of them has size and weight, no product need to be choose
Click eParcel CSV button in the Pool menu
After file generated you need to download it to your computer
Login to your eParcel account , choose “import reference file” in Reference Data Menu
Choose “Import Consignment File” and click import button
After imported , Make sure you click on the to make sure all Orders has been imported
If you have problem , contact Support!!
After order imported , it should appear in consignment > view consignment- Not Despatched Menu
You may then continue the normal eParcel Percedure. Print out label and manifest
Use Pack Slip to Help your packing
Pack slip include Single Order / Multiple Order and Combine Orders
Upload Tracking No (Fastlabel)
Goto“Upload Tracking No” Link in the right top corner menu to bring out the page
Click “Upload eParcel / Fastabel Manifest”
For Fastabel click on the “load generated Fastlabel” button
All Tracking No Not been uploaded will show here for you to upload
Make sure you select corrected eBay ID to upload.
Upload eParcel Tracking No
Goto your eParcel System to download tracking No
Goto Search> Search for Manifest Menu, change the date to today and click “Export Data” Button
A file will pop up , Please save it
Now go back to Parceltube Upload Tracking No Page, choose the file you downloaded and click “Upload eParcel Result” button
After the tracking No show in the table , choose eBay ID to upload them
