SUFFOLKCOUNTY ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION
PRELIMINARY NOTICE
Preliminary Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Suffolk County Athletic Association will be held at the Stowmarket Sports Centre, Stowmarket on Friday 11th February 2011 at 7.30pm for the following purposes.
- To receive and adopt the various secretaries reports and accounts for the year ended 31st December 2010.
- a) To elect the Officers.
b) To elect the Representatives : In accordance with Rule 7 a member is entitled to submit nominations, which MUST be received by the Honorary Secretary of the Association NOT later than 12th January 2011.
