Friday, January 22nd - Official Training 10:00am to 12:00pm- course will remain open

Team Captain’s Meeting @ 6:00pm SSWSC Strength Center. Team check in 6:30 to 7:00

Saturday, January 23rd - 9:00 Freestyle Interval Start (15 second intervals) 5/10k + 2.5/1k

7:30-8:30am - Bib pick up Olympian Hall

Sunday, January 24th - 9:00 Mass Start Classic 15/20k + 10/5/2.5/1k

7:30-8:30am - Bib pick up Olympian Hall

Event Notes

  • No backwards skiing on course at anytime
  • Course will remain open both days
  • Warm up skiing behind the start/finish, ball fields next to Howelsen Lodge, and beyond the ski jump out runs- Hobo Park
  • Access to Start from behind Start (wax area)
  • Trail passes are required on all skiers for training days prior to the event. Please purchase trail passes in the SSWSC office for any non-event days, ($7 on Friday 1/22 and $14 all other days).

Seeding: For Collegiate Races-Seeding will be by FIS points first- USSA points second

For RMN Races: Seeding will be by RMN points or USSA for U18+older

Miscellaneous

  • Scratches accepted until Friday evening- Team Captains Meeting
  • The results will remain unofficial until the protest period has elapsed.
  • Parking is located at the Rodeo Grounds- end of 5th street
  • Registration is located in Olympian Hall- Howelsen Lodge. Olympian Hall is available for athletes to use. Please make sure you instruct your athletes to be tidy.
  • Bathrooms in Howelsen Lodge and near Start/Finish
  • Power will be available at junction box south east end of Rodeo Arena near start/finish + waxing area.

Entry Fees Payable to SSWSC

U16 and older - $35 per race

U14 & U12 - $25 per race

U10 & U8 - $10 per race

*Must have signed SSWSC waiver for each competitor
