Intellectual Property (IP)

Section 10 of the ANU Intellectual Property Policy allows for ANU to acquire intellectual property created by Visitors.
This may be required where a Visitor is undertaking research at the ANU which may lead to a commercial outcome; orcollaborating on research at the ANU that is externally funded, and confers ownership or licensing rights to the funder.
If the Visitor will be collaborating on research with ANU which meets either of these criteria and you wish to discuss the implications of this prior to the issue of the invitation letter, indicate below and your local Research Office will be in contact.
