Instructions: Record successful offensive tactics with hash marks in the appropriate box

Definitions: Shots on Goal = an unsuccessful, but intentional attempt to score a goal.

Goal = A ball that we kicked, headed, deflected that goes into the opponent’s goal and net.

Assists = An intentional act to help a team mate score a goal, usually a pass.

Offense

Each player must play a minimum of 50% of the game, unless injured or being disciplined.
