FROM THE SOUTH: Get onto Route 206 and proceed north through Lawrenceville. At the traffic light at 206 and Route 27, bear slight right to stay on Rt. 27. Church will be on your right.

FROM THE NORTH VIA RT. 1: Get onto Route 1 South. Continue to Washington Road and make a right. At the end of Washington Road, make a left onto Nassau Street. The church will be on your left.

N. Clinton Avenue Property – Motion: In concurrence with the Urban Mission Cabinet the Administrative Commission moves:

Funds for the demolition of the Presbytery-owned property at 613 N. Clinton, Trenton, NJ, be taken from the appropriate designation in the Urban Fund (to be determined), not to exceed $40,000.

The mortgage issue on the 601 N. Clinton property be resolved, leaving a clear title to the property.

The properties at 601, 613, and 615 N. Clinton be listed for sale as a block. Recognizing that polity requires that disposition of real property is the responsibility of the Presbytery, the Presbytery Administrative Commission will seek advice from and consultation with the Urban Mission Cabinet in the sale of this property.

The funds necessary to demolish 613 N. Clinton and the funds necessary to pay the mortgage on 601 N. Clinton be repaid to the appropriate fund from the proceeds of the sale of the property, prior to distribution of the proceeds of the sale of the property according to the formula specified by the Urban Property Policy of the Presbytery of New Brunswick.
