Sheraton Dallas Hotel – 400 N. Olive Street, Dallas, TX, 214-922-8000

All Rooms are paid for.

Food

Students need to bring money for some of their own food. Each student will be given $15/day for food . We will eat lunch at the convention center on Wednesday and Thursday, which was pre-paid. Other lunches will likely be fast food. Breakfasts will be fast food. Dinners will be either sit-down meals or pizzas at the hotel.

Travel

We will be traveling to Dallas in two rental Suburbans.

We will travel daily on the DART train from the hotel to the convention center and restaurants. Students need to bring $20 each for a DART pass.

***CONCERT, DANCE AND FUN NIGHT DRESS CODE***

Attire may not contain indecent or improper messages (alcohol, tobacco, sexual references, etc.). Males must wear shirts with sleeves. No low-cut shirts or tops, bare midriffs, strapless or think-strapped shirts are allowed. Shirts must cover the entire stomach, shoulders, chest and back must be covered. Sleeves must be at least two inches in width (about 3 fingers). Shorts, dresses and skirts must be no higher than fingertip length when arms are at side and no saggy pants are allowed.

What to Bring

Official Dress for 4 days. Reminder…Girls, bring enough pair of black hose! Also, skirt length must be at least to the top of the kneecap. No exceptions!!!

Officers: Bring your khaki shorts, and both officer shirts

At least 2 pair of jeans, casual shirts for when we will not be in official dress, casual shorts(appropriate length).

Money: Anything above the $15 a day that we are providing for food will come out of your pocket. You should also bring money for souvenirs. Also, $20 for a DART pass.
