The SW District 4-H Specialist will email you the information you will need to attend the training. If you have a conflict with these dates please let your County Extension Educator know.

· To honor and respect the Oklahoma 4-H organization and to conduct myself in such a manner as will reflect positively on the program and the office I hold.
· To show respect and appreciation for 4-H members, volunteers, parents, OCES educators, and OCES specialists. Prove myself to be worthy of their support and trust.
· Use wholesome and appropriate language and behavior in all formal and informal conversations.
Citizenship
· Remain enrolled and active at the local and county level, remembering, “I am first and foremost a 4-H member.”
· To serve as an advocate for the 4-H program on the local, county, district, and state level.

· Assume financial responsibility for the purchase of the official casual officer uniforms, and any travel, lodging, food and registration.

· In a timely manner, write and respond to all electronic mail, letters, thank-you notes, reports and other correspondence that are necessary and desirable.
