Ø Create filing system to house all reports and documents of Psi Phi Omega for easy retrieval at the time of internal/external evaluations.
Ø Obtain the names of committee members and make initial contact.
Ø Present 2014 Chapter year End Survey to Sorors and collect data/results.
Ø Prepare for internal Chapter evaluation of the overall Chapter program activities and Chapter operation effectiveness according to the guidelines of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Ø Present recommendations to the Executive Committee resulting from the internal evaluation.
