Standard Terms and Conditions
For Letters of Credit
1) Confirmed Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit showing the beneficiary:
MM Systems Corporation
P.O. Box 98
50 MM Way
Pendergrass, GA 30567, U.S.A.
2) Confirmed by a Major U.S. Bank.
3) Credit shall be payable in U.S. Dollars.
4) The credit shall be payable at sight.
5) The required documents shall include:
a) Commercial Invoice
b) Packing List for the above
c) Transport Document
6) Shipping date must be based on latest mutually agreed upon date.
Standard Export Terms and Conditions
1) Quote is valid for 60 days.
2) Domestic packaging is included and freight is (Incoterms 2000) FCA , U.S.A. seaport or airport, and/or as specified on MM Systems’ quotation. Ocean or air freight, export fees if any, or other expenses, by purchaser. Any specific crating requirements may require additional expense.
3) Terms: Letter of credit (see attached page for Terms And Conditions For Letters Of Credit) or 100% payment with the order wire transfer U.S. funds.
4) Shipment time: To be determined at the time the order is placed, based on the quantity and material required. For L/C purposes, final lead time will be determined after receipt of order and approval of all required documents.
5) MM Systems Corporation excludes taxes, tariffs, transportation insurance, miscellaneous plates and angles, sealants and flashing and forwarding fees. Non domestic freight (air or ocean) is not included unless otherwise indicated in our quotation.
6) MM Systems Corporation shall not be liable for any delays caused by strikes, fires, government regulations, weather related, or other causes beyond MM Systems Corporation’s control.
7) All prices quoted are in United States dollars.
8) All prices are based on quantities stated in our quotation. Any changes in quantities or styles of material, may result in changing price.
