St. Paul Schoolpartnered with orderlunches.com beginning in the school year 2014-2015 to provide a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online ordering system that allows parents to view our lunch menu, order, prepay and manage student lunches on the web.
Benefits of ordering online:
No more personal checks! This program accepts both Credit/Debit cards!
Saves the school money no longer printing menus! No ink, no paper!
No paper means saving trees! SPS is doing its part to Go Green!
No need to hunt for child’s misplaced menu!(It’s crumpled up under their school bus seat).
Ever forgot to turn in the menu and have to pack all those lunches? You’ll now receive a reminder email with website link attached.
Leave the calculator in the drawer, this program does all that for you!
More than one child? You no longer have to decide who the “responsible” child is that will actually turn the menus in. You’re the one that hits the “confirm” button so you know the order was received.
It’s Field Trip Day! Pack lunch needed. You glance at your copy of the school menu and yep, you did it again. Another hot lunch purchased that your child doesn’t get. (We thank you for your donation). Now, when you see this symbol using the new system, you’ll get information regarding things such as field trips, in-service days, etc.
Fits conveniently into busy lives – you don’t have to sit down at home with the menus, calculator, checkbook, etc. Ordering online means you can check this task off your list while waiting for your child to get new rubber bands on their braces.
Are you a previous volunteer that hasever set aside hours to sort menus? Add up totals? Verify payment amounts to menu amounts? Enter amounts into a spreadsheet? Create spreadsheet for each teacher? Distribute reports to teachers? (Maybe you didn’t even know all the people & hours involved “behind the scenes” of how the hot lunch program was run!) - Click “Register” to Create an Account

- Once you have completed the Registration you will be asked to sign in with your new user name and password. On the Home Screen in the upper right corner is a link, “Video Tutorial”. This link will provide step-by-step information on how to order your child(ren)’s hot lunches.
- Check out & pay
Please be sure to complete the check-out process when placing an order. Do not close your browser prior to receiving the confirmation display or your order may be interrupted and not fully processed. Items left in your shopping cart will not be processed and your order will not be placed.

PAYMENT INFORMATIONThe program accepts payment by Debit Card or Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEEA processing fee of $30/family is charged annually so that we can offer our lunch program online, which will cover the cost of credit card processing fees, technical support, account reconciliation & more.
MINIMUM ORDER FEEA minimum $10.00 order is required for each order - otherwise $1.00 handling fee is charged.
