REGISTRATION
On arrival, please register your attendance at the reception desk
ASSISTANCE or FIRST AID
The Diocesan Desk in the Social Court will be manned throughout the day and is a point of contact should you require assistance at any time
REFRESHMENTS
Tea and coffee will be provided on arrival and during lunchtime. A simple picnic bag lunch containing a sandwich, fruit, crisps, cake and a bottle of water will be served at 12.30 pm

GROUP SESSIONS
A plan of the school detailing the location of the rooms that have been allocated to each group sessionis enclosed with this mailing. If you would like assistance to find your group’s allocated room please go to the Diocesan Desk in the Social Court towards the end of the lunch recess (around 1.20pm) and you will be guided to your room. Alternatively, please speak to any member of Diocesan Staff or one of our youth volunteers.

Please place your form in the box provided at the Conference, hand it to a member of Diocesan staff or return it to the Diocesan Office as soon after the Conference as possible.
