Deacon Ingrid Zeeck opened with prayer.
2. Comments to the VestryNone.
3. Reading of the MinutesMike Morris made the motion to accept the minutesas presented. John Cooper, III seconded, themotion carried.
4. Treasurer’s ReportTreasurer, Cathy Figert, reported a reimbursement from disability insurance from the Diocese will help relieve the deficit. 70% of Rev. Layne Smith’s salary should eventually be reimbursed to the parish. Pledges are behind $8,000, but statements will go out this week. The supply priests are an added unusual expense that we did not foresee when creating the budget. The TXU contract has been straightened out as far as being billed at the correct rate. There are still a couple of missing invoices at this time. Payment will be held until all invoices arrive. The school will be sent a statement for reimbursement when all bills come in. Quarterly distribution from the Trust Fund came in this month. We are $10,000 verses budget behind. There will be a report given in the May Newsletter. Lilly Plummer made a motion to accept the report as presented. Leola Rutledge seconded, the motion carried.
5. Status Report on VestryA. Wish List Committee:
A request from Anne Peterson to meet with the committee will be scheduled.
B. Church By Laws Revision Committee:
Lilly Plummer reported that a second reading will occur at the May Vestry meeting.
C. PBAF-Estate Planning: no report.
D. Church Employee Handbook:
Frank Deaderick, Lilly Plummer and Cathy Figert will meet to finalize before the May Vestry meeting.
6. For Report, Discussion, and Vote A. 2010 Graduation Sunday:
Kimberly Meyers will work with graduates on creating short messages to the congregation. $100 gifts will be purchased from James Avery for each graduate. Graduation Sunday will be May 23rd.

8. Junior Warden’s ReportJohn Cooper reported that lights have been installed in the front church parking lot.
9. Senior Warden’s ReportFrank Deaderick distributed the clergy schedule for March, April and May. All Sundays are covered by a priest. Attendance has been up during Holy Week. A special thank you was given to Deacon Ingrid Zeeck and Rev. Charles McIntyre, III for taking such good care of the school.
10. Other BusinessBruce Shearer has signs to use for the parking lot across the street from the school entrance. Confirmation Sunday will be April 25th. The ECW will host a reception after the service.
11. Closing PrayerClosing prayer was offered by Lilly Plummer.
