It does not guarantee that you will be accepted as a volunteer. If we have no current volunteer opportunities, your application will be kept on file for consideration for future openings for as long as you state that you are available to serve.

Availability

When would you be available to begin?

What times and days of the week are you available to volunteer?

Classes in the Adult Education Program (AEP) are from 3-8pm Monday through Thursday, and 3-5:30pm on Saturdays. Classes meet twice a week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) for 1.5 hours each, or Saturdays only for 3 hours. Classes in the Children’s Education Program (CEP) are from 8:30am to 12:30pm for children and 12:30-2:45pm for teens, Monday through Thursday. Classes for the Unaccompanied Youth Bridging Program (UYBP) are from 10 am to 3 pm Monday to Thursday.
Tutoring in AEP is from 5-7 pm Monday through Thursday. Individual tutoring can also be scheduled on an as needed basis for special subjects (CV or job/university application help; SAT, GED, IELTS preparation, etc.).UYBP tutoring takes place from 1:30-3pm. Monday to Thursday.
