It does not guarantee that you will be accepted as a volunteer. Availability
When would you be available to begin?Until when can you serve?
What times and days of the week are you available to volunteer?
Classes in the Adult Education Program (AEP) are from 3-8pm Monday through Thursday, and 3-5:30pm on Saturdays. Classes meet twice a week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) for 1.5 hours each, or Saturdays only for 3 hours. Classes in the Children’s Education Program (CEP) are from 8:30am to 12:30pm for children and 12:30-2:45pm for teens, Monday through Thursday. Classes for the Unaccompanied Youth Bridging Program (UYBP) are from 10 am to 3 pm Monday to Thursday.
Tutoring in AEP is from 5-7 pm Monday through Thursday. Individual tutoring can also be scheduled on an as needed basis for special subjects (CV or job/university application help; SAT, GED, IELTS preparation, etc.).UYBP tutoring takes place from 1:30-3pm. Monday to Thursday.
