Applicants must submit filing fee and 14 pre-assembled packets*
by EOB on deadline to be considered for the Agenda
PLANS/PACKETS MUST BE PRE-ASSEMBLED, NO LARGER THAN 11”x17” AND INCLUDE ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION
* Each Packet MUST include 1 COPY of :

Completed applications are due by EOB on DEADLINE DATE to the Building Department

All hearings shall be public and applicants will be notified via mail of the request and date/time of the meeting. (For Board of Zoning Appeals requests, property owners located 50-200 feet from the Applicant will receive notification).

Someone qualified to discuss the project MUST be present at the meeting. It shall be the obligation of the applicant to bring all necessary witnesses, exhibits and evidence to present; the burden of proof is upon the applicant. Any and all members of the Board shall have the right to questions the applicant and all parties testifying either for or against the variance request.

Failure to appear at the scheduled meeting may result in dismissal of the application
