**ALL BOOTHS ARE OUTSIDE. **YOUR $50 FEE INCLUDES 1 TABLE AND TWO CHAIRS.

GUIDELINES
01. Set-up time will be 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
02. No set-up after 10:00 AM
03. Vendors will be responsible for their own cash change and applicable sales taxes.
04. Vendors will not be permitted to sell any concession food or drink items.
05. Booths will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
06. Booth space is 8’ x 10’ with no electricity.
07. Booth fee must be submitted with application.
08. No refund will be given for cancellations or bad weather.
09. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth spaces before they leave for the day.
10. We respectfully request that all items sold be of good and moral taste. No obscene items will be allowed. St. Albert of Trapani representative reserves the right to remove items from a booth if inappropriate. No refunds will be given in these cases.
11. Vendor agrees to indemnify and save St. Albert of Trapani Catholic Church and any of their affiliates harmless against and from any and all claims, damages, cost and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from the conduct of vendor, his/her agents, servants, employees or licensees. It is further understood and agreed that St. Albert of Trapani Catholic church and/or any of their affiliates shall not be liable, and vendor waives all claims, for damages to persons or property sustained by vendor or vendor's employees, agents, servants, invitees and customers, while in or about premises.
