[Customer name] Systems Assurance Documentation Thunder 9200

System Assurance Objective:

The Systems Assurance (SA) process is designed to assist those involved in the sale, installation, and support of the 9200 to ensure that proper planning is done prior to installation by gathering the necessary information required for a successful installation of the HDS 9200 Disk Subsystem. The SA also facilitates the transfer of information between the customer and Hitachi Data Systems. With the information collected, HDS and the customer can better configure and tune the 9200.
