Clubs will start week beginning 11th September. The last week of clubs will be week beginning
11th December. Please return the whole form by Friday 14th July to the school office.
If your child is interested in any clubs run by the school please put their name down on the form below.
If your child has been allocated a place on the clubs run by the school you will be given a permission form to sign. The charge is £10.00 per club, per child for the term, please wait until your child’s place is confirmed before paying on ParentPay.
If you would like your child to attend a club that is run by external providers please see contact details overleaf and book directly through them.
