Hotel rooms & dinner are booked via Mrs Jenny Smith () at a cost of £139per person (single room) or £94.50per person (£189per room) (twin /double room). Please note there are a limited number of twin rooms, which will be allocated on a “first come first served” basis.
This is a 24-hour rate covering dinner, bed & breakfast, lunch & coffee. A day rate of £26is available for the Saturday only and a £35 dinner only rate is available for the Friday evening. Due to late cancellations and difficulty in tracking hotel room payments the SMA will now issue two separate invoices: one for the Exhibition stand (£600) and one for the hotel costs (i.e. room, dinner, day rate). Cancellation Policy:
The SMA reserves a set number of rooms at the conference hotel for which it is liable for full hotel rate payment regardless of occupancy. If we are unable to fill the allocated rooms the SMA has to still pay the full room rate for the reserved rooms.
If the SMA is notified of your cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to the event a full refund will be given.
If the SMA is notified of your cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the event then no refund will be given unless the room can be reallocated, or the SMA does not incur a charge for the unoccupied room.
Failure to notify the SMA of your cancellation will result in no refund.
