Roll Call: Whit Allred(presiding), Vince Campanile and Doug Durfey (alternate).

Excused: Lynn Anderson (Zoning Administrator), Sandy Burr and George Olson

Absent: Cheryl Bartholomew

Attending:Todd Thorne and Melynda Haveron

Meeting called to order 7:10 pm.

Whit Allred amended the agenda to add the zoning permit for Philip Youngblood and the zoning permit for Stephen Sloan.

Approval of August 28, 2013 Regular Meeting Minutes:

APPROVED, Vince Campanilemotioned to approve the August 28, 2013 regular meeting minutes. Doug Durfey2nd the motion.

Zoning Permit Review with Approval/Denial for James and Sarah Stoddard located at 500 East 700 SouthSpringCity for a new electrical hook-up:

Whit Allred introduced this item to the commission. Planning and Zoning member Vince Campanilemotioned to APPROVE the Zoning permit for James and Sarah Stoddard located at 500 East 700 SouthSpring City for a new electrical hook-up with the stipulation that Rocky Mountain Power gives their approval. Planning and Zoning member Doug Durfeyseconded the motion. There was no further discussion. All in favor.
