Who are we?
The Panhellenic Association at University of South Florida is a representation of the National Panhellenic Conference. National Panhellenic Conference, founded in 1902, is an umbrella organization for 26 inter/national women's fraternities and sororities. Each member group is autonomous as a social, Greek-letter society of college women and alumnae. Members are represented on over 620 college and university campuses in the United States and Canada and in over 4,600 alumnae associations, making up over4 million sorority women in the world.

We, as Undergraduate Members of women's fraternities, stand for good scholarship, for guarding of good health, for maintenance of fine standards, and for serving, to the best of our ability, our college community. Cooperation for furthering fraternity life, in harmony with its best possibilities, is the ideal that shall guide our fraternity activities.
We, as Fraternity Women, stand for service through the development of character inspired by the close contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic life. The opportunity for wide and wise human service, through mutual respect and helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live
What is Sorority Recruitment?
Panhellenic Recruitment is an exciting opportunity that enables women interested in joining a sorority the opportunity to learn about the meaning and benefits of sorority life. Sorority Recruitment is sponsored by the PanhellenicAssociation which includes nearly 700 women; Recruitment takes place each fall and is organized, coordinated, and managed by thePanhellenic Executive Board. It lasts one week and involves four rounds of events. During these events, sorority members will meet and converse with over 600 potential members to become better acquainted with one another.
Important Dates
April 15th
Sponsorship Deadline. In order for your business to be included in all marketing efforts, we will need your application, payment, and logo by this date.
It is the company’s responsibility to design and deliver the logo.
June-August
Orientations and marketing for recruitment would occur by reaching out to all freshmen and transfer students during these months.
Labor Day weekend (September 1st-5th)
Recruitment Week would take place where we expect to have over 600 women go through Recruitment.

Product and Food Donations:
Bull Sponsorship:
Ø This is a special donation, not of money, but of in-kind goods/products/services or underwriting specific items as needed. Projected needs include: food and drinks for 500 (i.e. pizza, sandwiches, smoothies, sodas, bottled water), paper supplies/plastic ware, large outdoor fans, tables, chairs, etc. Other items can be donated as well that would be beneficial and pertain to sorority recruitment.
