1. This show is sanctioned by the American Dairy Goat Association, and ADGA rules shall govern. This is a BUCK SHOW ONLY and will be sanctioned for ALL breeds: Alpine, Lamancha, Nigerian Dwarf, Nubian, Saanan, and AOP. Nigerians will not be sanctioned with the American Goat Society. Breeds will show in the previously listed order, beginning in Ring 1 and then moving to Ring 2 upon completion of a breed. The same procedure will be followed in Rings 3 & 4. Show committee and judges reserve the right to alter show order to facilitate a smoothly run show.
2. The base date for ages is April 18, 2015.
3. The original certificate of registration is required on all animals six months of age and older. Stamped duplicate or FAX from ADGA office will be accepted for animals less than six months of age.

5. Entry Fees are $9 per animal per ring. A late fee of $15 per ring will apply for entries postmarked after April 13, 2015 or not received via email by midnight CST April 15, 2015. There is no charge for substitutions and they will be allowed up until the time that judging begins at 9 am. There will be no refunds of entry fees.
6. Pen fees are $2 each and are due with entries. Animals must be checked in before being penned. Absolutely no hay or straw is to be used as bedding (per fairground). Please bring shavings for bedding. There will be no refunds of entry or pen fees. All entrants will be required to pay a pen fee, unless showing out of their trailer. This will include members of CTDGA.
7. Exhibitors should dress appropriately as outlined in the ADGA guidebook.
8. Judging will begin promptly at 9am with Ring 1 and Ring 2. Upon completion, a short break for lunch will take place after which we will continue with Ring 3 and Ring 4.
9. Animals may arrive no earlier than 5 pm on Friday! Check in will be from 6:00 pm – 7 pm Friday, and begin at 6:30am on Saturday.
10. No health papers are required, but please leave any sick animals at home. The show committee reserves the right to request that any animals showing signs of abscesses, pinkeye, or any other infectious disease be removed from the barns immediately.
11. All animals shall be shown at the owner’s risk, CTDGA and the Parker County Sheriff Posse Fairgrounds will not be responsible for any damages incurred by exhibitors or visitors. No dogs are allowed in show arena or pen area. Parents will be responsible for the actions of their children.
12. Vendors are welcome. There is no cost to display or sell your wares or services; however, we ask that they be agriculturally related and something be donated to our raffle.

Youth Showmanship will be held between the morning and afternoon shows.
There is no fee for the showmanship classes.
Animals does not need to be entered in the regular buck show(s) for the youth to compete.
There will be a sign up sheet at check-in.
Judge will be Scott Horner. There will be prizes awarded!
As always we will have a LARGE RAFFLE.
