Part A Assignments:
Spelling:
- Write the words in alphabetical order.
- Write the words in reverse alphabetical order.
Vocabulary:
- Write the words in the order given followed by the letter of the correct definition and the complete definition (written out).
Part B Assignments:
Spelling:
- Write each word five times each.
- Have an adult give you a pre-test. Have them correct the pre-test. You are to write each word you miss three times. Have them sign and date the pre-test. Student signatures will not be accepted.
Vocabulary:
- Write a sentence for each vocabulary word. Be sure your understanding of the definition is evident in your sentence.
- Make flash cards for the words and their definitions. The front of the card is to have the word and its part of speech. The back of the card is to have the definition. Review the words, parts of speech, and definitions with an adult. You are to review at least three times with an adult. Have the adult sign and date the first flash card each time you review with them. Student signatures will not be accepted.
**Flash cards are to be in a baggy or rubberbanded on the day they are due.**
