Specifications of Trolley Bag
1. The size of the Trolley Bag shall be 18”x13”x6.5”. Each dimension should not
decrease, however, the same may be increased but by not more than 1”.
2. Trolley bag shall use Polyester Tow fabric of approved colour.
3 Fabric used above should be Scratch and humidity resistant.
4 The bag shall have noiseless PVC Black wheels (2nos.).
5 It should have strong cruiser handle in black colour PVC
6 The trolley bag should have low weight i.e. not more than 3.0 kg.
7 Main round zip – Size 10 No., for Inside Pocket and outside pockets – zip size 5 No.
and 8 No. respectively.
Requirement
The quantity required is 4300 approx.
Special Terms & Conditions
1. The upper price limit of Trolley Bag is Rs.500/- inclusive of all taxes, and FOR
Delhi/Noida.
2. The product shall carry one year warrantee with regard to material used in
fabrication of these Trolley bags.
3 A certificate with regard to material used as per specification shall be required with
each lot of supply.
IMPORTANTBidders MUST SEE the Trolley Bag available with BHEL between 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM on all working days except Sunday/Holidays.
Other Terms & Conditions
1. Sample of the bag shall be required along with sealed quotations. 21 days time shall be given to bidder to submit their sealed offer on 28.1.09 by 1400 Hrs. after publication of advertisement in the paper.
- Validity of the offer shall be minimum 30 days from the date of opening of tender.
- Delayed tenders are liable to be rejected.
4Bid should be free from correction and erasers. Corrections, if any, must be countersigned. It there is a difference between price quoted in words and figures or there is any other discrepancy in the Price, higher value(s) will be considered for evaluation and lower values will be considered for ordering.
5.Price bids shall be submitted in two parts bid. Part-1 bid shall contain, sample,
acceptance of terms and conditions. Price bids shall be opened only for those
bidders whose sample is found technically qualified.
6BHEL reserves the right to split the order/increase or decrease the quantity by 10%.
7The delivery shall be completed within 25 days of placement of Purchase Order.
8In case the order is not completed within the stipulated time, liquidated damage @ ½% per week on the value of the delayed material will be levied with a maximum of @10% on the value of the delayed material.
9100% payment shall be by EFT made within 30 days time on completion of the order. The successful bidder shall have to submit the bank details.
10No advance shall be given by BHEL.
11 Each Trolley Bag shall be packed in polythene bag.
12 Bids will be opened on 28.1.09 at 1500 Hrs. in the presence of the bidders.
