3. The remaining 50% 2 weeks before the arrival of the clients to the hotel
Rooming list:
We request the complete list of participants 30 days before the arrival of thegroup to the hotel, closing sales should be reported as soon astheyarenotified.

John, as you mighthave noticed, due to the high occupancy expected by the resortwe have to start making the reservations as soon as possible. Weare stilltrying to get a specialreservation codelike ithas beendonewith Accrahotel reservationsbut we haven't been successful yet. In the meantime andin order to securethe reservationsthe payments willhave to be made though the travelagency that help me getting this deal and not directly to the resort chain or any other travel service.Please let me know your thoughts and ideasabouteverything as soon as possible,I also have a few questions as well.
