Special Needs Team Member toImpact Utah Families

SALT LAKE CITY, MAY18, 2015– Hank Warner, CLU, ChFC has joined MassMutual Intermountian Westand the SpecialCare Planning Team. Warner will focus on special needs planning and work closely withthe growing special need community to guide families with special needs members in preparing for future challenges.

Warner has been a financial services professional since 1997 and brings extensive experience as a leader and specialized knowledge in special needs planning.Surprisingly, the Utah Department of Health estimates that over thirteen percent of children in Utah have a special need. Without complete life care planning these families can put themselves at risk of losing government benefits, continuing education or access to proper care for their family members.

“Many Utah families with special needs children do not know the steps that need to be taken to help protect their children’s futures,” said Brady Murray, president of MassMutual Intermountain West. “Hank understands first-hand what help families with these needs require to navigatethe unique hurdles they will face as they work toward a strong financial future.”

Inspired by his own daughter, Ella, who has Downs Syndrome,Warnerhas joined the local SpecialCare teamand is working towards his Chartered Special Needs Consultant designation to betterhelp families with special needs plan for their children’s future proactively.With Warner as a resource, Utah families can now have access to information, specialists, and financial services and products that can improve the quality of life for their families.

Warneris a proud alumni of Southern Utah University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
