Description: This special 3-day NBI 600 is an intensive review course in preparation for the Step II examination. The course is designed for current medical students and/or graduating FMGs who plan on taking the upcoming Step II examination.

The course targets high-yield subjects, concepts, and notions that are likely to be tested on the exam. Review subjects of the course are: TALLP Test-taking strategies, Internal medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Preventive Medicine/Public Health/Epidemiology, Psychiatry and Neurology, and Surgery. The major content emphasis, however, is given to internal medicine.

Course Materials: Northwestern Faculty Notes and one Select Popular Clinical Textbook will be provided to all course participants. Materials will be provided on the first day of the course. Unfortunately, in contrast to our Step I courses these materials are not available for sale independent of our courses.

Are There Any Pretests included in the course? Four web-based CBT pre-tests are included in the course.

Accommodation: Discounted hotel at the rate of $36/night per person is available. Details will be provided to all participants no later than June 2.

How To enroll? You may enroll on the web by paying a deposit of $50, deductible from your final course tuition. You will be contacted via email about the status of the course and details about the discounted hotel and meeting location as soon as the minimum required number for the course is attained. The balance of $740, is due after you receive our course memorandum or on June 2. You may, then, enroll by going to our web at
