- Interview client to organise schedules and budgets.
- Inventory existing furnishings and other items to be reused.
- Provide space plans with furniture layouts.
- Organise the project timeline.
Interior Design
- Develop budgets on all interior finishes and furnishings
- Assist with materials that are needed and furnishings
- Provide a mood boards of all interior finishing’s
- Review and coordinate furniture layouts
Construction of the Space

Project
- Review drawings with contractors.
- Review the budget.
- Organise an inspection

- Modern home with open plan living Kitchen dinning and family room
- 4 Bedroom home
- The area of the space that will be worked in:
- Space is for 2 adults
- Clients are on a budget of $12,000
- Most of the budget is going into a log fire place
What the client wants:
- Wanting to update their furniture in the family room, furniture is already being given by parents that have just had new furniture replaced
- In the dining room they are having a dining table and chairs, and also a buffet
- Favourite colours are green and blue
- Used for entertainment sometimes with family and friends.
- Client wants the room to look modern, and to have a little bit of an elegant modern feel with a touch of colour
- Living area and dining area to be designed only
- Wanting to add a modern gas fire place
- Add a feature wall where the fireplace will go would like it to be green but not bright green clients are painting the feature wall their self’s
