Welcome to Panther Aquatic Club
This is your PAC Registration One-Sheet. It contains most information you will need to know to register your swimmer with our team.
WEBSITE: Please bookmark our team website: The site contains everything you will need to know about our team. As a new member, once we receive your paperwork, you will be emailed details on how to set up your account. You will be able to sign your swimmer up for meets, check the practice calendar, check your swimmer’s best times, check whether any fees are outstanding, and stay current on what’s going on with PAC. Check the website often.
SWIM CLINIC & EVALUATION: The swim clinic and evaluation is mandatory for all new swimmers and suggested for returning swimmers. It will be held at PHS from 9/15-9/18. The fee is $50 with registration is taking place at Southbury Parks & Rec.
OPEN REGISTRATION DAY: PAC open registration day is Saturday September 20 from 10am to noon at the Southbury Parks & Recreation offices on Main Street in Southbury.To register for the team, Swimmers must submit the following:
1. Your completed PAC Team Registration form with checkpayable to Southbury Parks & Recreation for the appropriate amount and indicated below. If you do not know your child’s practice group, please be sure to ask Coach Lucy prior to writing your check.
2. Your completed USA Swimming Registration form with check payable to PAC in the amount of $64.00.
3. A copy of the swimmer’s birth certificate if this is their first USA swim team experience.
You may also download the forms from the team website and mail your registration packet to Karen Fimmano at 1026 Kettletown Rd Southbury CT 06488. Returning swimmers may register on the team website, paying the USA fee by credit card. The coaching fees are payable to Southbury Parks & Rec. Paperwork/payment may be dropped off at the offices of mailed to Karen Fimmano.

SENIOR SQUAD:Southbury $410;Middlebury $435(practice 5-6X/week)
COMPETITION SQUAD:Southbury $315;Middlebury $340(practice 4X/week)
8/UNDER SQUAD:Southbury $300;Middlebury $325(practice 3X/week)
CUB SQUAD:Southbury $95; Middlebury $125(practice 1X/week)
Families with multiple swimmers may deduct $25 per swimmer for the second, and additional, swimmers.
USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION FEE(payable to PAC):$64
UNIFORM: Swimmers must wear the team suit at meets. We will have our official team outfitter, Metro Swim Shop, on site during our parent meeting on Friday September 26 to fit suits and take orders for your swimmer. Suits must be ordered on 9/26 in order to receive them by the first meet. Caps, training fins, goggles, paddles and snorkels will also be available from Metro on 9/26..
PRACTICE: Full practice for all non-high school swimmers will begin the week of September 29tht. Our newest and youngest swimmers will practice three days a week; intermediate swimmers four days a week; and more accomplished swimmers five days a week. Participants in other fall sports must commit to a minimum of two practices per week during October and November. Check the practice calendar on the team website for times.
