Richard will explain the available actions and remedies available to the Council including:

  • Issuing a Letter Before Action;
  • Telephone Recovery;
  • External Debt Collection Agents;

Richard will also explain the rules as they relate to the ‘Rights of Audience’ in the County Court in connection with a ‘small claim’ and the associated costs.
