Support and advance efforts to make colleges and universities more affordable for minority and economically disadvantaged students
Promote the welfare of minority faculty, staff and students in higher education
Promote and advance efforts to make higher education more accessible and attractive as a career for minority men and women
Promote and support efforts to increase financial support for access and equity and equality for minorities in higher education.
