Standard package includes: / Each exhibitor will be provided with a trestle table, table cloth and two chairs in a 3m x 3m space. Should you require a powerpoint, kindly indicate so in the block below and note that any additional items need to be arranged individually.

CONDITIONS OF EXHIBITION
1. / Stands must be setup and dismantled strictly as per the details provided.
2. / Full payment must be made prior to setup of the exhibition stand.
3. / Exhibition stands will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, with the best positions allocated first. Note that space is limited.
4. / Companies who wish to cancel need to do so before Friday, 12 September 2016, should the cancellation not be done before 12 September 2016, or be a no show at the conference, companies will be held liable for the full exhibition fee.
5. / All refreshments will be served in the exhibition area.
6. / Exhibitors are entitled to two delegates manning the stand (only) at no charge, further delegates manning the stand will be charged R1100 – 00 per delegate.
7. / Delegates registered as exhibitors will not have access to the conference presentation area and will be charged the full conference rate should they wish to attend the conference or parts thereof.
