*Rates: Double occupancy rates are based on two persons sharing a room together. The single occupancy rate is for a private room throughout. If you are traveling alone and need a roommate, we will attempt to pair you with someone, however, if no roommate is available at (30) days from departure, a single supplement must be purchased. We encourage early bookings so that you will have a better chance to secure a roommate.
1. Include a Copy of your Passport Photo page! A valid passport must be held by each passenger. Egypt requires that your passport be valid for 6 months from entry into the country. Currently, visa can be obtained on arrival. We will advise if policy changes before departure. Current visa charge is $25.00.

Payment Schedule:
· $1,000 deposit is required upon registration in order to secure your place. Please be aware that registration is not confirmed until deposit is received and we cannot hold space for you without it. SPECIAL DISCOUNT for anyone having traveled with SoulQuest Journeys prior of $200.00 – please deduct this from your deposit, and send $800.00 with registration.
· $2,000 payment by 01 June 2016
· Balance due by 01 September 2016. This is the absolute deadline. Payment should be arranged a few days earlier for bank processing times.
Method of Payment:
All first deposits must be made by bank transfer only. Payments due later must be paid by credit card or transfer to our Ground Handler, Nephthys Travel, in Egypt. Instructions will be sent prior to second payment deadline of June 01, 2016. I have worked with Nephthys Travel for over 10 years and they are reliable, solid and established in the tourism industry.

Cancellation Policy:
· If cancelled before June 01, 2016 - full refund
· If cancelled before September 01, 2016 - 50% refund less $300.00 administration fees
· If cancelled after September 1, 2015 - no refund.

We do not want anyone to get hurt in any way by changes in plans but we have constrictions that we have to work with, since your tour is all pre-paid well before you arrive. *Due to the unstable financial situation and cost of petrol, we must reserve the right to adjust the price in accordance with price increases in the event of a significant change in monetary exchange rates or fuel surcharges causes the cost of the services to increase. To date, we’ve never resorted to this option, having absorbed the losses on our end but we do need you to be aware of this possibility and agree.
