*All payments for orders or events have to be paid in full at least 3 business days prior to receipt. Installment payments are accepted. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Soul Delight or the customer may cancel their order at any time prior to the event. The initial 10% deposit is non-refundable. Any deposits made thereafterare paid to the non-canceling party as follows: 180 days or more from the event date 25%, 179 days-31 days from the event date 50%,
30 days or less from the arrival date 100%.
