2018Technology Snapshot Presentation Submission Form

The Clean Label Conference Technology Snapshot (TSS) presentations are always big hit with our annual 250+attendees. Many sessions are standing-room only. The TSS sessions provide product developers with critical updates on new commercially-available,clean label ingredientsand the opportunity to implement specific solutions to formulation challenges. The 2018 Clean Label Conference will offer 15-minute Technology Snapshot presentations on the mornings of Tuesday, March 27th, and Wednesday, March 28th, 2018. No more than three tracks run concurrently.

Due to the limited number of presentation slots and to best serve our conference attendees, all submissions are evaluated and rankedby the food technologists on Global Food Forums’ Technical Snapshot Advisory Board. The topranked submissions are invited to the event.

If accepted for a presentation slot, the15-minute presentation would typically include:

1.The ingredient’s distinguishingtechnical properties, benefit(s) and application(s).

2.Regulatory considerations including GRAS status.

3.Its brand name and how the ingredient would appear on labels.

Fees:There is no submission fee. However, if a submission is accepted, a Technology Snapshot Speaker registration fee of $795.00 is required to help cover out-of-pocket costs. Only one such reduced fee is given per accepted submission.An accepted presenter has access to all presentations, meals, networking events, exhibits and materials made available to the general attendees.
