Managed portfolio of Oracle -based solutions. Led functional and technical expertise, support activities, financial management, governance, and operations of solutions. Enabled and participated in strategic decisions around inclusion of cross-functional solutions in portfolio. Project-managed program staff through solution development, from planning, through launch. Senior Manager: Team Lead, Analytics / 2011 – 2012

Directed a cross-functional, Americas-wide structured competition focused on the ideation of, collaboration on, and development of client-centric, strategically relevant new services and internal process improvements. The competition created a culture of creativity and collaboration and reduced barriers between firm business units through teaming.

  • Recruited 25 dynamic,cross-functional leadership partners to sponsor the competition. Led sponsors through process, from formulation of questions through selection of and solicitation of funding for winning ideas.
  • Project managed team of over 100 professionals, including leadership partners, in 11 countries. Achieved record participation of 11,000 professionals, drove selection of 40 winning ideas. During its four-year run, IQ identified new services totaling more than $670M in revenues to date.
