SOLID WASTE FEE SCHEDULE

Effective 2-12-18 as per Resolution 18-15

RESIDENTIAL

Customers with a SW sticker may dispose of up to six (6) yards per day at no charge, any overage will be charged at the posted commercial rates (see below).

Bonner County residential customers without a sticker pay a $5 feeto dispose of up to six (6) yards; over six (6) yards will be charged at the posted commercial rates.

Non-county customers without at sticker pay a $15 fee per yard with a minimum of $15.00; over six (6) yards will be charged at the posted commercial rates.

Appliances with freon (i.e.: refrigerator, freezer)

First two (2) of the same kind$ No decommissioning fee

3rd applianceor more$ 30.00 decommissioning fee per unit

Tires:

Passenger auto or pickup up to 22 inches$ 2.00 each

With rim $ 5.00 each

Large Truck Tires (Semi/Trailer)$ 10.00 each

Other:

Animal Carcass less than 100 lbs.$ No charge

Televisions/Monitors

Over 75lbs$ 10.00 each

RESIDENTIAL OUT OF COUNTY

No Sticker$ 15.00 per yard ($15.00 minimum)

Annual Solid Waste Fee$250.00 per year/up to 6yds per day

Over 6yds $ 12.00 per yard

Extra Sticker$ 5.00 each

BONNER COUNTY DOES NOT ACCEPT:

TIRES, APPLIANCES, TELEVISIONS/MONITORS, HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO OUT OF COUNTY RESIDENTS WHO HAVE PURCHASED THE ANNUAL SOLID WASTE FEE AND MUST SHOW THEIR STICKER AT TIME OF DROP OFF.

COMMERCIAL

The Solid Waste Department reserves the right to determine if a load is acceptable and apply the cost to process the debris if there is a question as to content, weight, and/or amount. Certain types of debris or hazardous materials may be referred to another facility.

Minimum charge on ½ yard or less$ 6.00 per ½ cubic yard or less

Inert (Colburn-Dickensheet-Idaho Hill)$ 6.00 per yard

Commercial waste $ 12.00 per cubic yard

Commercial waste by weight$100.00 per ton (.05 per lb.)

Televisions under 75 lbs., computer monitors$ 15.00 each

Televisions over 75 lbs.$ 25.00 each

LED televisions are not recyclable and are to be placed into the normal waste stream.
