(12/10/2015 10:51:00 AM Eastern) Question:Given the holiday season and the difficulties in travelling the week of Christmas, we respectfully request the County consider moving the pre-proposal conference to the week of January 4th and extending the deadline for submission of the qualifications proposal to the first week of February. Also, please note that the RFP is contradictory in that the legal notice indicates attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory, but that Item 2. Pre-Proposal Conference in Exhibit II: General RFP Instructions (page 17) indicates, "All prospective Vendors planning to submit a proposal are required to attend." Would you kindly clarify these issues as soon as possible so that potential proposers can arrange travel? Thank you.
