Design an alien that can live on one of the inner rocky planets (otherthan Earth).
Design an alien that can live on one of the outer gas giants (or one ofthe moons).
Pluto was demoted to a dwarf planet in 2006. Most planetaryastronomers don’t agree with this decision. Write a paper titled “Should Pluto Be a Planet?” Present arguments from both sides, andexplain why you think Pluto should or should not be a planet.

Pretend you are the first human explorer to land on ______(pick a planet). Write at least five journal entries about your experiences on the planet. What did you explore? What problems did you have? What is the planet like? Use at least ten facts about the planet in your journal entries.
