1. I often feel that I can do nothing well.

Scoring method:

To a black item, if completely consistent, it scores 1 point; if basically consistent, 2 points; if basically contrary, 3 points; and if completely contrary, 4 points.

To a red item, if completely consistent, it scores 4 points; if basically consistent, 3 points; if basically contrary, 2 points; and if completely contrary, 1 point.
