Request for a Silent Auction Item Donation
Dear Local Business Owner
I am writing to you on behalf of the Citadel High School girl’s varsity soccer team. The school’s soccer team is currently planning an auction fundraising event on September 11th, 2016 to help subsidize a soccer trip to Boston scheduled for September 20th, 2016. This trip will consist of a five day bus tour in which the team will play other high schools from both Canada and the United States.
We are hoping that your business might be willing to supply us with a suitable prize for our auction. Gift cards, vouchers or any other item from your establishment would be much appreciated.
