Coordinate rides / Email volunteers
Write/print directions; check snow conditions
Borrow snow clothes and find the ones at church
Organize/give out snow clothes / Come up w/ system to keep track of borrowed clothes
Arrange pizza/handle money / Need cash
Buy/coordinate snacks / Granola bars from Costco
Find inner tubes (and other sleds); make arrangements for inflating them / We need either a truck or bungee cords to attach to car roofs
Buy adventure pass / Need cash
Make flyer and permission slip

General Schedule:

6:30 am Staff arrive at church

6:45 am Kids turn in permission slips, sign up for cars they will ride in

Snow clothes given out (basement)

7:30 am Leave for the snow

9:00 am Arrive at Mt. Pinos (Frazier Park)

Buy adventure passes at gas station where we exit the fwy.

Proceed to snow and decide on location

12 pm Start gathering people, loading cars (have kids wait to change until getting to the pizza place)

12:30 pm Leave the snow

1:00 pm Arrive at pizza place (kids can change clothes here)

Late lunch

2:00 pm Leave for LA

3:30 pm Arrive back at church
