SNC Volunteer of the year
As per our discussions at the last meeting Laurence Merraine was presented with this award.Moved Clive/Alison All in Favour 12 Against 0 Abstained 0
SNC Rep Team Management
Applications have been received for Coach –Ian Findlay, Assistant Coach – Troy Crittenden, Manager – Alison Reid and Assistant Manager – Anna Fitzgerald.
Motion-We accept the above applications for the SNC Rep Team for 2004

These applications are to taken to the CIHA meeting by Alison and the CIHA are asked to ratify the appointments.
SNC Rep team management personnel answer to the CIHA Committee not the SNC Committee.
SNC LOGOS
We have had 7 entries but felt none of them had everything we are looking for. If we are to change our logo we must replace it with one that has everything we require.Further logos are to be designed and presented to the next meeting. Logos must have the words –Canterbury-SNC –Ice Hockey -on it , our website address www.sncicehockey.com ,have red and black as it’s colours and could have some hockey gear in it i.e –sticks pucks skates or a hockey player .
Use the KISS system-Keep It Simple Stupid.
Logo may be used on our letterheads ,Playing shirts and certificates etc
New logos are to be presented to the next meeting.

Constitution Review
We went through the constitution one last time and made the final changes.
Jason to update these .Final document to be e-mailed to Alison and she will forward to all committee and clubs so they can get around their members

NZIHF Level one Coaching Course.
This is being held in CHCH on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of May.
Motion that we pay for Troy Crittenden to attend this course.
