SNAKE’S LZ FAMILY DAY RULES

GENERAL POLICIES AND SAFETY

General Policies

  1. The sport of airsoft is a sport of Honor and Integrity. All members will always endeavor to behave in a reasonable and responsible manner; especially in areas where the sport of airsoft and airsoft weapons are concerned. Public opinion is crucial to our continued ability to enjoy the sport of airsoft without excessive governmental or legal restrictions and regulations. These rules are in effect for the entire time players are at an event location, not only on the field of battle.
  2. All players will conduct themselves at all times in a fair and honorable manner, and in a manner that is consistent with the ideals of fair play and team work.
  3. Age Requirements: Family Day - 12 years old & older. If younger than 12, parent must accompany player on field and get special permission via Impact Tactical in Tulsa, OK.
  4. By attending any Family Day you agree to abide by all rules and regulations. Impact Training Solutions reserves the right to change rules at any time without notifying players.
  5. Game Administrators have the final decision on any rules and final authority on all decisions.
  6. Cheating is expressly forbidden. Those found to not call their hits will be directed to leave the field. Repeat offences may lead to permanent expulsion from the field.
  7. If any dispute arises, it is not to be handled on the field. Contact ITS via the Impact Tactical website or social media outlet to meet with us. Admins have the final word on the field.
  8. Players understand and accept that it is their responsibility to follow the sprit of the rules not only the letter of the law. While Family Day is a competition, the purpose of the event is to have fun. If you are not attending in this spirit, please find another event to attend.
  9. You are responsible for your own actions at Family Day. As a result, no form of illegal drugs or alcohol are allowed on the property. Possession of these substances will result in Admins calling the authorities to remove you from the property.
  10. Violent behavior of any kind is not allowed. There are no exceptions to this rule. Physical contact, the threat of physical contact, intimidation or coercion of any type, verbal abuse, damage or threats of damage to any person or their property are not allowed. Law enforcement will be involved if necessary. No profanity, name calling, or slurs against anyone's race, color, national origin, family members, teams or equipment will be tolerated. A player may not touch another player or their equipment at any time without their express permission. Anyone caught in another player’s equipment will be removed permanently.
  11. Theft is breaking the law. Any person found stealing another person's property will result in the immediate removal of the person from the field, as well as a permanent ban from any Snake's LZ event. Law enforcement will be involved if necessary.

  13. Anyone caught being destructive or abusing the property, Snake's LZ, and/or its structures will be removed permanently. This includes intentional littering. Trash barrels will be in place at the parking area so be respectful and throw your trash in the barrels. Please leave the field in a better condition than you arrived on it.
  14. No firearm weapons of any kind are allowed at Snake’s LZ. Please leave them at home, or at the very least, locked in your vehicle.
  15. Disputes: Any and all disputes must be taken up with game Admin. No fighting will be tolerated nor calling other players hits. If you feel someone did not call their hit take it up with a game Admin, do not make a scene on the field or you could be ejected from the game. Admin's jobs are to monitor the field and resolve any issues, it's not your job. If you do not wish to take it up with the Admin then you and the other player resolve it peacefully once back at the safe zone. Peacefully means talking, not yelling and no physical contact. Keep in mind, you may need to give the accused the benefit of doubt. Wind and obstacles can result in bb's not reaching its target but may look like it did.
  16. Impact Training Solutions LLC, its owner, sponsors, employees and/or operators assumes no liability for players and their gear used in the event or brought to it. Impact Training Solutions LLC, its owner, sponsors, employees and/or operators assumes no liability for the safety of any player while at Snake's LZ. Failure to sign a waiver will result in refusal to be allowed on the field. All waivers must be signed by player, parent/guardian (if under 18 years of age), and must be notarized. If any player observes another player without proper eye protection on in the field, player shall loudly announce a cease-fire, "Blind Man!" until game admin can resolve the issue and only the game admin can resume the game once issue is resolved. Any player caught without eye protection or removal of such protection on the field is reason for removal from the game.
  2. Radios/Required Gear: We encourage all players to have a radio on them at all times while on the field. Channel 1 is always the Admin channel for emergency use only. This channel is monitored by game Admin at all times during a game. Be sure you know how to use your radio before arriving on the field. All alarms, beepers and noises must be turned off on your radios, headsets are highly recommended as well.

Keep your weapon pointed at the ground or in the air while in the staging/parking area.

GAME HALTS/TIME OUTS (Blind Man)

  1. Time Outs/Game Stoppages: A game will be stopped or ended before time only in the event of an emergency.
