2016/17
Interim report following the satisfaction survey completed by healthcare professionals who support service-users who live at Coombe House.
Emma, Kevin and the team would like to thank everyone who completed the questionnaire, all the replies have been read. Your views are important in helping us see the service from a different perspective, which helps us to develop the service further.
Copies of the final report be sent to all the healthcare professionals who received a survey, and a copy will be available to read in the hallway and in the office at Coombe House.

The results of the survey were overwhelmingly positive – there were no negative responses at all
The survey showed that two areas received ratings of ‘Consistently good or occasionally excellent’ rather than ‘Consistently Excellent’; so we will be most closely at these areas.

We will consider these areas carefully with the aim of improving the service that we provide.
