I understand that the purpose of this program is to grow and develop Christ-like character and vision for the glory of God and for a lifetime of fruitful ministry wherever He leads me. I understand that it is a work/study program and that I will be working a set number of hours each week. I also understand that I will be joined to a discipleship team as part of the program, and I will do my best to support the team and be a vital contributor to it. In addition, I will cooperate with the leadership and the authority of The Navigators. By God’s graces, I will seek to be a positive influence at this program.
