The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), will be hosting a Vendor Outreach Session (VOS) located in Washington, DC, on June 17, 2013, from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm. The VOS will be held at Homeland Security Acquisition Institute located at 90 K Street NE, Suite 1200, Washington, DC 20002. Vendor Outreach Sessions are a series of pre-arranged 15-minute appointments with Small Business Specialists from various components of the Homeland Security procurement offices. These sessions provide the small business community an opportunity to discuss their capabilities and learn of potential procurement opportunities. Also in attendance will be Prime Contractor Small Business Liaisons from several of the large businesses who have contracts with DHS. There is no cost to the small business vendors.

Walking Directions from Union Station Metro Stop (Red Line)
• Exit Station through the Massachusetts Ave. NE & 1st St. NE exit(which is an immediate left after the toll booth)
• Start out going west
• Turn slight left
• Turn slight right
• Turn sharp right onto 1st St NE
• Turn left onto K St NE
• 90 K ST NE is on the right
There are two parking garages one on 1st Street and one under the building. Cost is $8.00 and $9.00 if you arrive before 9:00 am.
A picture ID will be required to enter the building. You will also be required to go through the X-ray machine, so please allow at least 15 minutes for security.
