b. SLOAC online tool workgroup- Update from Elaine and Jarom on the progress. We'd like to have someone from Student Services and Learning Resources consult on it too, since those are components we're building now.

Discussion:

-Kevin Flash is recommended to get involved ( he can collect folks for substantive issues)

-Rick Woodmansee

-Kimberlee Beyrer

-Diane Belair

-Human Services 1000 assignment- See Elaine for follow up or treat it is a tutoring issue and these folks be responsible for SLO reporting

c. ProLO mapping, and what to do when only a subset of SLOs for a course have been reported on (rather than all of them). Some departments report on a few, others report on all, and that will present a problem when we're ProLO mapping.

Discussion:

-conversation around choosing programs that select and check the entire SLO’s or making the choice to select one at a time.

-recommendation around reporting on all SLO within the 6 year reporting cycle

-align courses with CID courses, they don’t have SLO’s but have the 17 qualifiers.

-Conversation about following a more similar structure like CRC…

-Consideration of distinguishing between “Capitalized” SLO & “lowercase” objectives

-Rick will work with Jarom to investigate whether we could adopt the “CRC” model of SLO’s and objectives
