Meeting to be set up in coming weeks for building of fields at Atchison Park, per Sean O’Neil. Waiting on Sean for updates. ·  Scheduling

Make sure we account for Salem Flag Day in future years. It is usually the first week in June each year.

All future Championship games to be scheduled at High School Fields.

For 2016 we can’t schedule Koufax, Reese, and Mays playoff games or Palomino games on same day. We do not have enough qualified umpires.

Ken will send all future game and time changes to Deb and Duane prior to sending to Trustee’s & Webmaster. This will allow verification of available umpires.

Will have Max of 8 teams and Minimum of 4 teams in Divisional Playoff Brackets. No more than 50% of Division to be in Playoffs. Consolation Bracket Playoffs can be scheduled if enough teams are interested. This is for the teams that did not make Playoffs.

There will be Friday and Saturday games this Spring Season. Spread the word that this is going to happen. Some divisions will have games spread over 3 days of the week which will include either Friday or Saturday games.

SLEHS fields are available on Fridays and Saturdays due to Girl’s Travel being at Weekend Tournaments. We will need to take advantage of these fields.

Ken and Ralph need Travel Field assignments as soon as available, no later than 3/16/16
